Gas prices have risen to record levels in March thanks to soaring oil prices, which rose above $110/barrel for the first time. And if prices keep rising you can expect to see a big surge very soon when you are filling up your tank.

We have thousands of oil wells that we are not using right now, and they will be out dated when the auto industry finds an alternative to oil. Why not use what we have? Let's help American people, and get us back in business.

I think it's time we start pumping our own wells. We have oil. Look at all the wells that were shut down in Oklahoma, texas, New Mexico, and Alaska. Why are we not using it. If we don't do this, after they find an alternative to oil, these will be useless. Let's get our own wells pumping. Ditty10322
