('Image Scan' or 'the Company')

Issue of Shares/Total Voting Rights

Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray imaging for the

homeland security and industrial inspection markets, today issued 750,000 new

ordinary shares at 8p per share. These shares will be admitted to trading on

AIM on the 15th November 2007.

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and

Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1p of the Company in

issue as at the date of this notice is 55,698,120 with each share carrying the

right to one vote.

There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 55,698,120. The

above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations

by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,

or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and

Transparency Rules.
