Ultrapetrol to Announce Second Quarter 2009 Financial Results and Host Conference Call

NASSAU, Bahamas, Aug. 4, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Limited (Nasdaq:ULTR), an industrial transportation company serving marine transportation needs in three markets (River Business, Offshore Supply Business, and Ocean Business), announced today that it will release its second quarter 2009 financial results on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, after the market closes.
