Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. to Participate in Sandler O’Neill Financial Services Conference

Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (Susquehanna) (NASDAQ: SUSQ) is scheduled to present as part of the Sandler O’Neill & Partners East Coast Financial Services Conference on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009.

Participating in the conference will be William J. Reuter, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Drew K. Hostetter, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Michael M.
