Steve Singh, Chairman and CEO of Concur, Joins RightNow Board of Directors

RightNow Technologies (NASDAQ: RNOW) announced that Steve Singh joined its board of directors on October 14, 2009. Mr. Singh has been appointed as a Class III Board of Director, to serve until RightNow’s 2012 annual meeting of stockholders.

Mr. Singh is currently the CEO of Concur (NASDAQ: CNQR), helping organizations to globally control costs by automating the processes they use to manage employee spending. Mr. Singh has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Concur for over ten years.

Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Singh served as General Manager of the Contact Management Division at Symantec Corporation, an international technology firm focused on protecting information and computer systems.
