WICHITA, Kan., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPR) will release its third quarter 2009 financial results at 6:30 a.m. Central time on Thursday, Nov. 5.
