Solar Power, Inc. (“SPI”) (OTCBB: SOPW) a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of photovoltaic solar power systems worldwide today announced Steve Kircher, Chairman and CEO will be participating in the Fourth Annual Piper Jaffray Solar Symposium in conjunction with Solar Power International 2009 on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Disney’s Grand California Hotel-Brisa Courtyard, 1600 South Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, CA. The event will be a full day of breakout meetings, group, and one-on-one meetings. Mr. Kircher will be participating in one-on-one meetings starting at 4 p.m.

Solar Power International, an annual three-day conference, will be held this year at the Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W Katella Avenue, CA Tuesday, October 27-Thursday, October 29, 2009 where Solar Power, Inc. will be exhibiting in booth number 2308.
