Roundbox Expands Agreement With Rovi for Mobile Electronic Service Guides

FLORHAM PARK, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 10/26/09 -- Roundbox, Inc., the leader in mobile broadcast software, today announced that it has amended its licensing agreement to enable Roundbox to continue to develop and distribute mobile guidance products for Rovi Corporation (NASDAQ: ROVI). Since 2006, Roundbox has had an agreement for the development and delivery of the Mobile Electronic Service Guide, a mobile guidance solution jointly developed by Roundbox and Rovi. Under the terms of this agreement, Roundbox will expand its mobile product line and continue to deliver intuitive and feature-rich guidance products to mobile users worldwide. Given the company's expertise in mobile, Roundbox will lead sales efforts and spearhead product development, marketing and customer support activities.
