An investment in the Funds is subject to investment risk, including the possible loss of principal amount invested. Fund returns may not match the return of their respective Index, known as non-correlation risk, due to operating expenses incurred by each Fund. The alternate weighting approach employed by the Funds (i.e., using revenues as a weighting measure), while designed to enhance potential returns, may not produce the desired results. The Small and Mid Cap Funds will invest in small and medium sized companies which involves greater risk than is customarily associated with investing in larger and more established companies.
The S&P 500® Index is a broad-based, unmanaged measurement of changes in stock market conditions based on the average of 500 widely held common stocks. The S&P 600 Index consists of 600 domestic small cap stocks selected for market size, liquidity and industry group representation. One cannot invest directly in an index.
