Resignation of Dr Benny Mokaba as Executive Director of Sasol Limited
JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sasol (JSE: SOL; NYSE: SSL) announced today that Dr Benny Mokaba has resigned as director of Sasol Limited with effect from 14 October and will leave the employment of the company on 1 January 2010. However, Dr Mokaba has agreed to make some of his time available in 2010 to render consultancy services to Sasol on selected projects.
The Sasol chief executive, Pat Davies said, "I would like to thank Benny for his contribution to Sasol over the past years and wish him all the best for the future."
