Regis Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

The board of directors of Regis Corporation (NYSE: RGS) announced that the regular quarterly dividend of four cents per share will be payable November 26, 2009 to shareholders of record November 12, 2009. There are 57,105,604 shares outstanding.
