Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. and Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. Schedule a Joint Conference Call for Third Quarter 2009 Results
Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE:PVR) and Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. (NYSE:PVG) today announced that they will separately release their third quarter 2009 results after the market closes on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 and hold a joint conference call / webcast on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

You are invited to listen to the joint conference call, during which management will discuss third quarter 2009 results. Prepared remarks by A. James Dearlove, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and other members of management will be followed by a question and answer session.
