Partner Communications Announces S&P Maalot Affirms Its 'ilAA-' Bond Rating with Stable Outlook
Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (Nasdaq:PTNR)(TASE:PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces that Standard & Poor's Maalot ("S&P Maalot") affirmed Partner's ‘ilAA-' bond rating with stable outlook. At the same time, the rating was removed from CreditWatch with negative implications where it was placed on September 17, 2009.
In its report, S&P Maalot stated that: " We believe that Partner should be able to sustain a materially more leveraged capital structure whilst at the same time maintain a financial risk profile appropriate for the current rating."
