McDermott to Participate at Upcoming Investor Conferences

McDermott International, Inc. (“McDermott” or the “Company”) (NYSE:MDR) announced today that the Company is scheduled to participate at two upcoming investor conferences in September.

On Thursday, September 10, 2009, John A. Fees, Chief Executive Officer of McDermott, is scheduled to present at the Barclays Capital 2009 CEO Energy/Power Conference in New York City at 4:25 p.m. Eastern Time.

The following week, Mr. Fees will present at the Eighth Annual D.A. Davidson Engineering & Construction Conference in San Francisco on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

A live and archived webcast of both presentations by Mr. Fees, and the accompanying presentation materials, will be available over the internet at www.mcdermott.com in the investor relations section beginning at the respective scheduled times.

In addition to the formal activities listed above, McDermott’s management will participate in individual meetings with members of the financial community at each of the listed events.
