LTC Declares Quarterly Cash Dividends on Its Series E Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock and Series F Cumulative Preferred Stock
LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE:LTC) announced today that it had declared the quarterly cash dividend of $0.53125 per share on its 8.5% Series E Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2009 to stockholders of record on October 1, 2009.
Additionally, LTC declared the quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company’s 8% Series F Cumulative Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2009 to stockholders of record on October 1, 2009.
The Company is a self-administered real estate investment trust that primarily invests in long-term care and other health care related facilities through mortgage loans, facility lease transactions and other investments.
