Levi & Korsinsky (“L&K”) is investigating the Board of Directors of Gander Mountain Company (“Gander Mountain” or the “Company”) (NasdaqGM: GMTN) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with the announced going-private transaction.
