ITC Schedules Third Quarter 2009 Earnings Release and Conference Call

NOVI, Mich., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) today announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, after the market closes on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.

In addition, ITC will conduct a conference call to discuss third quarter earnings results at 11:00 a.m. ET Thursday, October 29, 2009. Joseph L. Welch, chairman, president and CEO, will provide a business overview, and Cameron M. Bready, senior vice president, treasurer and CFO, will discuss the financial results.
