Interlink Electronics Voluntarily Suspends SEC Reporting, Remains on Pink Sheets

Interlink Electronics, Inc. (Pink Sheets:LINK), a worldwide provider of intuitive interface components and solutions, announced effective March 30, 2009 it has voluntarily suspended filing reports under Sections 13(a) and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, including reports on Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K. Interlink has also withdrawn its recent registration statement on Form S-1 and has filed post-effective amendments to its other effective registration statements to deregister all remaining unsold and unissued securities thereunder. Going forward, Interlink intends to disclose certain financial information via press release and through the Pink Sheets OTC disclosure system and expects that trading of its common stock will continue on the Pink Sheets at OTC: LINK.PK.

Interlink plans to issue a press release announcing the completion of its 2008 audited financial statements within the next two weeks.
