Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. Declares 59th Consecutive Quarterly Distribution; To Hold Earnings Call for Third-Quarter Fiscal 2009 Results

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FGP) today declared its third-quarter cash distribution of $0.50 per partnership common unit. The distribution marks the 59th consecutive $0.50 quarterly distribution and is payable June 12, 2009, to common unitholders of record as of June 5, 2009.

The distribution covers the period from February 1, 2009 to April 30, 2009, the partnership's third quarter of fiscal 2009. Ferrellgas' annualized distribution is currently $2.00 per common unit.

Additionally, Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. will hold its third-quarter fiscal 2009 earnings teleconference on Monday, June 8, at 2 P.M. Eastern Time.
