EnPro Industries Elects Diane C. Creel to Board of Directors
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EnPro Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NPO) announced that Diane C. Creel has been elected to the company's board of directors, effective yesterday. Ms. Creel's election follows the board's expansion to nine members.

Ms. Creel is the retired chairman, chief executive officer and president of Ecovation, Inc., a green technology company providing wastewater treatment solutions to companies in the food and beverage industries. In a previous position, she was the first woman to hold the chief executive position of a publicly held engineering firm in the United States, when she served as chairman, chief executive officer and president of Earth Tech, Inc. Ms. Creel is also a director of Allegheny Technologies Inc. and Goodrich Corporation.
