Curis to Present at Maxim Group Growth Conference 2009

Curis, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRIS), a drug development company seeking to develop next generation targeted small molecule drug candidates for cancer treatment, today announced that the Company will be presenting at the Maxim Group Growth Conference 2009 at 3:30 p.m. EDT on September 29, 2009, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.

Dan Passeri, Curis’ President and Chief Executive Officer, will provide an overview of the status of GDC-0449, an orally-administered small molecule Hedgehog Pathway Inhibitor. GDC-0449 is currently being developed in three Phase II clinical trials by Curis’ collaborator Genentech, including a pivotal Phase II trial in advanced basal cell carcinoma and Phase II trials in metastatic colorectal cancer and advanced ovarian cancer. Mr. Passeri will also discuss CUDC-101, CUDC-305 and Curis' other targeted cancer programs, in addition to other corporate activities.
