    -- HSBC Asia Investor Forum, to be held November 2-3, 2009 at the New York
       Palace Hotel in New York City and November 4, 2009 at the Four Seasons
       Hotel in Boston. Management is currently scheduled to meet with
       institutional investors throughout November 4, 2009 at the Four Seasons
       Hotel in Boston.
    -- Imperial Capital 3rd Annual Global Opportunities Conference, to be held
       November 4-5, 2009 at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
       Management is currently scheduled to present at 9:10 AM ET on November
       5, 2009 followed by a 30 minutes breakout session. The company will
       also meet with institutional investors throughout the day.
    -- Oppenheimer Annual Industrial Conference, to be held November 17-18,
       2009 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City. Management is
       currently scheduled to present and meet with institutional investors

    -- Brean Murray 2009 China Growth Conference, to be held November 19-20,
       2009 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City. Management is
