Burger King Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BKC) announced that its 2009 annual shareholders meeting will be held at the Hilton Miami Airport, 5101 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, Fla. 33126 on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at 9 a.m. EST. All shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 22, 2009, are entitled to attend and to vote at the meeting, in person or by proxy.

The meeting is being webcast and may be accessed via the company's Web site at www.bk.com through the Investor Relations link. The meeting's webcast will be archived for replay purposes on the Burger King Holdings' investor relations Web site for 30 days.
