Bladex Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment for Third Quarter 2009

PANAMA CITY, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) (NYSE: BLX), announced today a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.15 per share corresponding to the third quarter of 2009.

The cash dividend was approved by the Board of Directors and is payable on November 2, 2009 to the Bank's stockholders as of the October 23, 2009 record date.

As of September 30, 2009, Bladex had 36,545,616.59 common shares outstanding of all classes.
