Total net assets of the Fund on June 30, 2009 were $876,066,571, as compared with $731,002,503 on March 31, 2009 and $1,037,426,287 on June 30, 2008. On June 30, 2009 the net asset value per share was $11.48 based on 76,336,108 shares outstanding.
