Airborne Security Announces Formation of "Aviation Division" and Entry Into Airport Security

MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 12/08/08 -- Airborne Security & Protective Services, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ASPV) (the "Corporation") announced today that it has initiated an "Aviation Division" which will be headed by Captain Ronald Meyers, and is already in the process of pursuing several airport security assignments.

Captain Meyers, who will head the new division, is an accomplished airline pilot with six years of service in the Israeli Military Defense Forces attached to an elite anti-terrorism unit. Prior to that, he was a pilot for one of the largest US commercial carriers, where he was responsible for helping to create the in-flight self-defense program shortly after September 11, 2001.

Captain Meyers and the Airborne sales team have entered negotiations to provide secondary security screening at Miami International Airport. In addition, Captain Meyers is directly negotiating with several airports in South Florida, including international airports as well as private executive airports.
