(NASDAQ: AFCE), the franchisor and operator of Popeyes^®, today announced that its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for its fiscal third quarter 2009, which ended October 4, 2009, will be filed on Thursday, November 12, 2009, after market close. The Company will host a conference call on Friday, November 13, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. EST to review and discuss these results.
