Systemax completes acquisition of WStore Europe

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. (AP) — Online retailer Systemax Inc. said Friday it closed its acquisition of WStore Europe SA, a European supplier of business information technology products with operations in France and the U.K.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Systemax said the deal strengthens its presence in Europe.
Shares fell 2 cents to $12.56 in morning trading.
