Stanley gets Pentagon deal worth up to $49M

ARLINGTON (AP) — Stanley Inc. received a five-year contract worth up to $49 million to provide cybersecurity services to an arm of the Pentagon, the company said Wednesday.

The information technology company will be responsible for providing vulnerability and risk assessment information to the Defense Information Systems Agency to support its Global Information Grid program.

Stanley will also provide compliance guidance and technical assistance to senior defense officials, security officials, network administrators, and others.

Shares fell 21 cents to $28.58 in afternoon trading.
