Rigel Pharmaceuticals prices share offering

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (AP) — Rigel Pharmaceuticals Inc. said Thursday it has priced a public offering of 13 million shares at $7.25 per share.
The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 1.95 shares to cover overallotments, if any.
The offering is expected to close Sept. 22.
Credit Suisse Securities is the sole book-runner for the offering, with Oppenheimer&Co. and Thomas Weisel Partners acting as co-managers.
Shares fell 30 cents, or 3.9 percent, to $7.36 in morning trading.
