Retailer Cato changes ticker to 'CATO'

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Women's clothing retailer Cato Corp. said Friday it's changing its ticker to "CATO."
The company will drop its "CTR" ticker as of Oct. 16.
Cato said part of the reason for the change is to help better identify the company and its stock.
Shares of the company rose 2 cents to $21.51 in morning trading.
