Orient-Express Hotels sells New Orleans property

HAMILTON, Bermuda (AP) — Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. said Monday it is selling a New Orleans property, the Windsor Court Hotel, to The Berger Co. for around $44.3 million.
Orient-Express owns or partially owns and manages 50 luxury hotels, restaurants, tourist trains and river cruise properties in 25 countries.
Shares of Orient-Express gained rose 34 cents, or 3.4 percent, to $10.49 in afternoon trading.
