NorthWestern declares 3Q dividend of 33.5 cents

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Energy company Northwestern Corp. said late Wednesday that its board has declared a quarterly dividend of 33.5 cents per share.
The company, which does business as NorthWestern Energy, said the dividend will be payable Dec. 31 to shareholders of record of Dec. 15.
