NCR purchases Netkey for an undisclosed amount
DULUTH, Ga. (AP) — NCR Corp., a maker of ATM machines, retail checkout scanners and self-serve kiosks, said Monday that it bought Netkey Inc., a provider of kiosk and digital sign software applications.
Terms were not disclosed.
NCR said it uses Netkey for its Mail&Go shipping kiosk and that the acquisition will now provide customers with a single contact for their self-service needs.
Netkey, based in East Haven, Conn., has more than 75,000 kiosks and digital signs installed in the retail, finance, transportation and government sectors.
