Kennametal declares dividend of 12 cents

LATROBE, Pa. (AP) — Kennametal Inc., which makes engineered products, said Thursday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share.
The dividend is payable Nov. 20 to shareholders of record Nov. 5.
