Genesis Energy boosts quarterly distribution

HOUSTON (AP) — Crude pipeline company Genesis Energy LP on Wednesday said it will increase its quarterly distribution by about 9.5 percent compared with the same period last year.
The Houston-based company said it would boost its distribution to 34.5 cents per common unit for the period ended June 30, up from 31.5 cents per unit in the second quarter of last year.
The distribution will be paid on August 14 to common unitholders of record at the close of business on August 4.
