Compass Diversified declares dividend

WESTPORT, Conn. (AP) — Compass Diversified Holdings, which buys and manages businesses ranging from furniture manufacturers to staffing companies based in North America, on Thursday declared a quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share.
The dividend will be payable Oct. 29 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 23.
