Cincinnati Bell to offer $500 million in notes
CINCINNATI (AP) — Regional telephone company Cincinnati Bell Inc. said Wednesday it will make a public offering of $500 million in senior notes due in 2017.
The company said it will use proceeds to pay off $440 million of 7.25 percent senior notes due in 2013.
Morgan Stanley&Co. will serve as the lead manager for the offering.
Cincinnati Bell shares closed Tuesday at $3.56, up 8 cents. Its shares were not yet active in premarket trading on Wednesday.
