Archer Daniels Midland declares 14 cent dividend
DECATUR, Ill. (AP) — Archer Daniels Midland Co. declared a quarterly dividend of 14 cents to be paid Dec. 10 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 19.
The company also said Thursday that its incumbent board members were re-elected. They are George W. Buckley, Mollie Hale Carter, Donald E. Felsinger, Victoria F. Haynes, Antonio Maciel Neto, Patrick J. Moore, Thomas F. O'Neill, Kelvin R. Westbrook and Patricia A. Woertz.
Former director M. Brian Mulroney was not up for re-election per company rules.
Shares of ADM, based in Decatur, Ill., rose 19 cents to $32.40 in afternoon trading.
