AERT notified of below-$1 share price
SPRINGDALE, Ark. (AP) — Nasdaq has informed Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. that it has still not complied with an exchange rule requiring it to trade at $1 per share or more, the company said Tuesday.
The plastics recycler and manufacturer of environmentally friendly building products said it may present its views regarding the "deficiency" to a Nasdaq hearings panel, but did not say what else it might do.
Shares fell a penny, to 49 cents per share, in afternoon trading.
