DALLAS, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Texas Industries, Inc. (NYSE: TXI) today declared a cash dividend of $.075 per common share payable November 28, 2008 to shareholders of record November 7, 2008.
