The Pepsi Bottling Group Finalizes Acquisition of Texas Bottler

The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (NYSE: PBG) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Better Beverages, Ltd.

Better Beverages is a Pepsi-Cola and Dr Pepper franchised bottler that serves portions of central Texas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
