Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a stock buyback plan for up to 2,000,000 shares of the Companys common stock.

The Boards action demonstrates our continuing confidence in the Companys strategy, growth opportunities and financial strength.
