RICHMOND, Va., May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Massey Energy Company (NYSE: MEE) today reported that its Board of Directors, at a regularly scheduled meeting, declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.05 per share to be paid on July 8, 2008 to shareholders of record on June 24, 2008.
