Corporation opened 81 new off-airport / 52 Hertz Local Edition rental car
facilities in dozens of towns across the United States, from New York to
California, as part of a company-wide strategy to continue expanding into
suburban markets.
This significant growth confirms Hertz' commitment to serving customers
seeking to rent cars for insurance replacement, business trips, vacations
and everyday purposes. Situated in key markets across the country, Hertz
Local Edition facilities have been opened in such locales as Sedona, AZ;
Bowling Green, KY; Owensboro, KY; Lima, OH; Springfield, OH; Johnstown, OH;
Waco, TX; Abilene, TX; Stillwater, OK; Flemington, NJ; Egg Harbor, NJ.
