NEW YORK, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) opened trading on Morgan Stanley's PLUS Based on the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,483,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol DCV and has a maturity date of May 20, 2009.
