Officer Martin J. Sullivan will present at the Lehman Brothers London
Financial Services Conference on Tuesday, May 20,, 2008 at 11:25 a.m.
BST (6:25 a.m. EDT). Steven J. Bensinger, AIG Vice Chairman, Financial
Services and Chief Financial Officer, will join Mr. Sullivan for the
question and answer session following the presentation.
