Rubicon Tech announces pricing of follow-on public offering

The co announces the pricing of a public offering of 3,950,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $24.00 per share. All of the shares are being sold by the selling stockholders identified in the prospectus. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 592,500 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders to cover over-allotments, if any.
