Co announces that it entered into an agreement with Clal Finance Batucha Investment Management pursuant to which Clal Finance will act as a market maker in connection with the trading of the company's Series A Debentures on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The agreement has a term of one year from the approval of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange to Clal Finance to act as the market maker to the Debentures.
