The govt has consistently took a dump on the american people year after year.
They only want your taxes and then run you off as they are too busy.
Red tape and excuses are their claim to fame.

They dropped the ball on 9/11 and who takes the loss?

I would like to see these three "talking head" presidential candidates stop talking so much w/ verbal "promises" and begin put their “promises" collectively into action to agree upon an energy policy, now, not in January 2009, by using following resources already exist. If they cannot come up with a plan that means it is just bunch B.S. and no action. Then we write in votes for Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Donald Trump and Steve Job, for president. Following resources and technologies available.. We can use multiple sources instead of just select one source. Who says we have to use one resource and listen to more arguments for the next 10 years??
1) N Energy 2) Oil 3) Natural Gas 4) Windmill farm 5) Solar 6) Hybrid fuel 7) pellet stoves- wood. I'm sure there are more .. Let's see if these talking heads can work together and demonstrate, via action, to the American people instead their mouth..If they come up with something, strongly advise anyone who disagrees in the legislatures, JUS

Report This! Oil can't be that expensive because gas in Argentina is .18 a gal. India is roughly .65 and in China it's $2 a gal. So why is it we are paying $4? Where is our "of the people, by the people, for the people" govt.? We've done this to ourselves folks by the idiots we put in office. Why on earth should we allow an idiot like Bush to remain in office this long? We should have an election every 2 yrs. Having someone like Bush and Cheney screwing up the country for 4 yrs. before we can do anything about it is simply nuts! Ultimately it's our own fault because we've allowed them to do this.

Well, the U.S. dollar has been devalued by 50% sine the year 2000 when George Bush became President. It takes a while for these things to work their way through the economy. I guess this is part of George Bush's "going away present" to the people of the USA.

Everytime you fill your tank and it really makes you mad at having to pay the prices you are paying. Remember who gave this situation to us. If you voted for Democrats in 2006 you have nobody to blame but yourself. Democrats have stood in the way of our drilling for our own sources of oil here at home. They have been the cause of US producion of oil and natural gas shrinking since 1985.
